Hizmetlerin Sa\u011flanmas\u0131<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Organizat\u00f6r, Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 2. maddesinin 2. f\u0131kras\u0131nda belirtilen Hizmetleri sa\u011flamay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Hizmet, Hizmete ilk ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 kay\u0131ttan sonra etkinle\u015ftirilir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n Hizmetleri yasalara veya iyi geleneklere ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kullanmas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Hesab\u0131n m\u00fcnferit unsurlar\u0131 bir tan\u0131mlay\u0131c\u0131 (giri\u015f) ve bir parolad\u0131r. Hesaplama, sosyal sigorta ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 primlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ki\u015fisel gelir vergisinin pe\u015fin \u00f6demeleri i\u00e7in kesintileri de i\u00e7erecektir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">\u00dccret, Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n Hizmette belirtilen Polonya IBAN numaras\u0131na sahip banka hesab\u0131na para transfer edilerek \u00f6denecektir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131 tek tarafl\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131 kabul eder:\n<ol>\n \t<li>\u00dccretlerin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 (tek seferlik, d\u00f6nemsel veya kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak);<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Madde 11'de belirtilen \u00fccretlerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 veya art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Organizat\u00f6r, S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler kapsam\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini, Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n onay\u0131n\u0131 almaya gerek olmaks\u0131z\u0131n, 7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde bildirimde bulunmak suretiyle ba\u015fka bir kurulu\u015fa devretme hakk\u0131na sahip olacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, para cezalar\u0131 da dahil olmak \u00fczere Organizat\u00f6re \u00f6denmesi gereken t\u00fcm tutarlar\u0131n Kullan\u0131c\u0131ya \u00f6denmesi gereken \u00fccretten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in Organizat\u00f6re gayrikabili r\u00fccu yetki verir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ihlalleri nedeniyle (\u00f6zellikle arac\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc veya belgelerle ilgili olarak) lisansl\u0131 bir ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 olarak Organizat\u00f6re para cezas\u0131 verilmesi durumunda, Kullan\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6denen ceza miktar\u0131n\u0131 1.000 PLN art\u0131rarak geri \u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, Organizat\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan ara\u00e7ta ilgili belgelerin (ruhsat \u00f6zeti, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc kimli\u011fi, ehliyet, t\u0131bbi ve psikolojik sertifikalar, vb) eksiksiz bir \u015fekilde bulunup bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve uygun ara\u00e7 i\u015faretlemesinin kontrol edilmesini kabul eder.\n\n\u0130hlal durumunda, Organizat\u00f6r vaka ba\u015f\u0131na 5.000 PLN para cezas\u0131 uygulama hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/li>\n \t<li>S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin sona ermesi \u00fczerine Kullan\u0131c\u0131, i\u015fbirli\u011finin sona erdi\u011fi g\u00fcn veya tamamlanm\u0131\u015f seyahatlerin olmamas\u0131 durumunda 3 ay i\u00e7inde ruhsat \u00f6zeti ve s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc kimli\u011fini iade etmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda da 5.000 PLN para cezas\u0131 uygulan\u0131r:\n<ol>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">\u0130mzalanm\u0131\u015f bir S\u00f6zle\u015fme olmadan Organizat\u00f6r ile ortak olarak ula\u015f\u0131m;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">bir lisans beyan\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraflara devredilmesi;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc kimli\u011finin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraflara aktar\u0131lmas\u0131;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">S\u00f6zle\u015fme tamamland\u0131ktan sonra Organizat\u00f6r\u00fcn belgelerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">denetim i\u00e7in gelmeme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Para cezalar\u0131 Organizat\u00f6r\u00fcn t\u00fcm zararlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamazsa, Organizat\u00f6r tam tazminat talep etme hakk\u0131na sahip olacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 nakit paray\u0131 \u00f6deme s\u00fcresinin bitiminden sonraki 3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Organizat\u00f6re \u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bunun yap\u0131lmamas\u0131, fonlar\u0131n al\u0131konulmas\u0131na veya uygulamalara eri\u015fimin engellenmesine neden olabilir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, verilerindeki herhangi bir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi 3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr (istihdam, e\u011fitim, emeklilik, 26 ya\u015f\u0131na ula\u015fma vb. dahil).<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Organizat\u00f6r, gezilerden elde edilen gelirin masraflar\u0131 ve zorunlu \u00f6demeleri kar\u015f\u0131lamamas\u0131 halinde S\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi derhal feshetme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 cezai, hukuki veya idari i\u015flemlerle ilgili bilgi al\u0131nmas\u0131 durumunda, Organizat\u00f6r, ko\u015fullar netle\u015fene kadar Hesab\u0131 ask\u0131ya alma hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, Organizat\u00f6r\u00fcn talebi \u00fczerine gerekli a\u00e7\u0131klama ve belgeleri sa\u011flamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131 7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde engellemeye itiraz etme hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Organizat\u00f6r itiraz\u0131 3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde de\u011ferlendirir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Organizat\u00f6r, ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 olarak ula\u015f\u0131m sa\u011flamaz, t\u0131bbi ve psikolojik muayenelerin masraflar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaz ve sipari\u015fleri kabul etmek i\u00e7in elektronik ekipman sa\u011flamaz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>\u00a7 6<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n, Organizat\u00f6r lehine hizmet sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan arac\u0131n bak\u0131m\u0131yla ilgili mal veya hizmet sat\u0131n almas\u0131 durumunda, Kullan\u0131c\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dakileri yapmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olacakt\u0131r:\n<ol>\n \t<li aria-level=\"2\">ilgili mal veya hizmetlerin sat\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 teyit eden, Organizat\u00f6r\u00fc al\u0131c\u0131 olarak g\u00f6steren ve sat\u0131c\u0131dan faturan\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6denmesi hakk\u0131nda bilgi i\u00e7eren bir fatura almak;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"2\">faturan\u0131n net bir taramas\u0131n\u0131 veya foto\u011fraf\u0131n\u0131 Hizmet'te belirlenen bir yere g\u00f6ndererek ve mal veya hizmetlerin sat\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 7 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Hizmet arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla g\u00f6ndererek faturay\u0131 Organizat\u00f6re g\u00f6ndermek.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">B\u00f6l\u00fcm 1'de belirtilen ko\u015fullar\u0131n yerine getirilmesi durumunda, Organizat\u00f6r, b\u00f6l\u00fcm 1'de belirtilen t\u00fcm ko\u015fullar\u0131n ayn\u0131 anda yerine getirildi\u011fi tarihten itibaren 45 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde faturada belirtilen tutar\u0131 Kullan\u0131c\u0131ya iade edecektir.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Organizat\u00f6r\u00fcn madde 2'de belirtilen fonlar\u0131 iade etmesi durumunda, iade tutar\u0131, Kullan\u0131c\u0131'n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu iadenin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ay i\u00e7inde Organizat\u00f6rden almas\u0131 gereken \u00fccreti azaltacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Taraflar, Madde 2'de at\u0131fta bulunulan geri \u00f6deme tutar\u0131n\u0131n, ilgili d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in Kullan\u0131c\u0131ya \u00f6denmesi gereken \u00fccretin 50%'sini ge\u00e7emeyece\u011fini not eder. Hizmetlerin sona ermesi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Organizat\u00f6r, ge\u00e7erli nedenlerle, \u00f6zellikle de Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n bu Y\u00f6netmelik h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uymamas\u0131 halinde, Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n Hesab\u0131n\u0131 Hizmetten silme hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar:\n<ol>\n \t<li aria-level=\"2\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n Hizmeti yasalara veya iyi uygulamalara ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair makul bir \u015f\u00fcphe varsa;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"2\">Hesab\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraflara devretmi\u015ftir;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"2\">Organizat\u00f6r ile akdedilen S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini ihlal etmi\u015ftir;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"2\">S\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri veya Hesap Hizmet S\u00f6zle\u015fmesini yasalara veya iyi geleneklere ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Organizat\u00f6r ayr\u0131ca a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda Hesab\u0131 silme hakk\u0131na sahiptir:\n<ol>\n \t<li aria-level=\"2\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, son etkinlikten sonraki 90 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde uygulamaya giri\u015f yapmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r;<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"2\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, 90 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Organizat\u00f6r ile akdedilen herhangi bir S\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi yerine getirmemi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Yukar\u0131daki nedenlerle Hizmeti sonland\u0131rmadan \u00f6nce, Organizat\u00f6r, yasalar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r ihlali durumlar\u0131 hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, Kullan\u0131c\u0131dan ihlalleri durdurmas\u0131n\u0131 ve belirlenen s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde eksiklikleri gidermesini isteyebilir (ancak buna mecbur de\u011fildir).<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Hesab\u0131n silinmesi, Organizat\u00f6r ile Kullan\u0131c\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin derhal feshedilmesi anlam\u0131na gelir ve Organizat\u00f6r\u00fcn Kullan\u0131c\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 sorumlulu\u011funu gerektirmez.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, uyar\u0131dan sonra belirtilen s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde ihlali ortadan kald\u0131rmazsa, Hesap Hizmet S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi derhal feshedilecek ve Hesap silinecektir. Hizmet arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla akdedilen t\u00fcm S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler ayn\u0131 anda feshedilir. Grafikler, ticari markalar, logolar, simgeler, foto\u011fraflar, videolar ve di\u011fer i\u00e7erikler dahil olmak \u00fczere Hizmette yay\u0131nlanan t\u00fcm materyaller, izinsiz olarak herhangi bir bi\u00e7imde veya herhangi bir yolla \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lamaz veya da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lamaz.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Hizmetin veya burada yer alan bilgilerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, Kullan\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n eserler veya veri tabanlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde herhangi bir hak elde etti\u011fi veya lisans ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmez.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Hizmette sunulan materyallerin (metin, grafik, logo, ikon, resim, foto\u011fraf, ses dosyas\u0131, video dosyas\u0131, sunum, program ve di\u011fer veriler dahil) hi\u00e7bir k\u0131sm\u0131 Organizat\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nceden izni olmadan \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lamaz veya da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lamaz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>\u00a7 12. Gizlilik<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ol>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Kullan\u0131c\u0131, Organizat\u00f6r veya Ortaklar hakk\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle hizmetlerin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 veya S\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak herhangi bir \u015fekilde elde edilen t\u00fcm bilgileri, if\u015fa edilmeleri Organizat\u00f6r veya Orta\u011f\u0131n \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na zarar verebilecekse gizli tutmay\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder.<\/li>\n \t<li aria-level=\"1\">Gizlili\u011fi koruma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Hesap Hizmeti S\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin s\u00fcresi boyunca, Kullan\u0131c\u0131 ile Organizat\u00f6r aras\u0131ndaki herhangi bir S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin s\u00fcresi boyunca ve son ge\u00e7erli S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin fesih tarihinden itibaren say\u0131lmak \u00fczere, bunlar\u0131n feshi veya iptalinden sonraki 5 (be\u015f) y\u0131l boyunca ge\u00e7erli olacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>\u00a7 13.
