Respecting the right to privacy of persons visiting our website, we declare that we process the data obtained in this way in accordance with national and European legislation, under conditions that ensure their security: confidentiality, availability, integrity and accountability of the actions taken.

  • What personal data do we process?

In connection with the use of our website, we process the following personal data received through:

  • contact form - name and phone number,
  • cookies - in particular, your IP address, information about how you use our website, how long you browse, your location, the type of operating system and language version used on your device. More information about cookies is provided below. The above information may be combined with other personal data that you have provided to the Company, in particular through the contact form provided to you.

    3. Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data

The Administrator processes your data for the following purposes:

  1. to enable you to use our website for informational purposes (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Administrator to ensure access to its website, functionality and optimization of web pages, as well as security of IT systems; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  2. establishing contact via the contact form "Zostań kierowcą lub kurierem z Partnerem Qiwi" (legal basis: actions aimed at concluding a contract with you; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  3. sending commercial information for marketing purposes, including informing you about the Company's products or services (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Company; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; provided that you have separately agreed to choose a specific communication channel by checking the appropriate box in accordance with separate regulations),
  4. asserting or defending legal claims related to the operation of the website, preventing offenses and conducting related investigations (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Administrator; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  5. fulfillment of the obligations imposed on the Company by generally binding legal regulations, in particular tax and accounting regulations (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

    4. To whom may we share your personal data?

The recipients of your personal data may be authorized state bodies and entities providing services on behalf of the Administrator on the basis of concluded agreements and in accordance with the Company's instructions.


         5. How long do we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed until the legal basis for its processing ceases to exist or the purpose of processing is achieved, or until it is terminated for another reason. In particular:

  1. if the basis is the Company's legitimate interest - until such interest is realized or you object to the processing of data.
  2. if the data is processed on the basis of a contract - until the expiration of the contract between you and the Company, and then - for the period established by law (tax, accounting).
  3. if the processing is based on your consent, until its withdrawal; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

These periods may be extended if processing is necessary to establish, assert or defend potential claims; thereafter, only in cases and to the extent required by law.

  • Do we make automated decisions about your data?

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decisions (without human intervention), including automated profiling.

  2. the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") - if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or you have objected to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests, or if you believe that we are processing the data unlawfully, you have the right to request that it be erased in whole or in part. This right does not apply to data necessary for the establishment, assertion or defense of claims or for the performance of our legal obligations;
  3. the right to restrict processing - if you believe that the data is inaccurate or we are processing it unreasonably, or you do not wish to have it erased because it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims, and during the period before you object, you may request that we restrict processing to storage or other agreed actions;
  4. the right to data portability - you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request its transfer to another controller if the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out in an automated manner;
  5. the right to object - on grounds relating to your particular situation, you may object at any time to our processing of your data if the processing is based on our legitimate interest. Following an objection, we will not be able to continue processing the data on this basis unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the establishment, assertion or defense of claims;
  6. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - if you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority - the Head of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Prezes UODO) in Warsaw.

To exercise these rights, please send a request to rodo@qiwipartner.pl or by mail to the Company's address. Please note that these rights are not absolute and do not apply in every case of processing your personal data.

We also inform you that before fulfilling such requests, we are obliged to verify the identity of the applicant as the subject whose data the request relates to.

        
         7. Is the provision of personal data voluntary?

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary to initiate actions aimed at concluding an agreement with the Company, responding to a request or sending your application through the form on the website.
